Over 30% of NALDP members responded to an e-mail survey
about immigration product services. Below are some of
the key results:
- Nearly a quarter of NALDP members assist customers
with some type of immigration documents.
- Many are on the verge of offering or would like
to offer immigration products.
- 91% of those who prepare immigration documents have
seen an increase in the demand for them; even many
who don’t offer this service have witnessed
an increase.
- The most widely requested documents are N-400, Application
for Naturalization; I-130, Petition for Alien Relative;
I-131, Application for Travel Document; and I-765,
Application for Employment Authorization.
- 33% of our membership offer bilingual services to
customers.
