I am proud to announce the formation of National Association of Legal Document Preparers, Inc. (NALDP). NALDP is a non-profit, professional organization whose mission is to advance and promote the practice of legal document preparers in all fifty states and ensure accessibility and affordability in the preparation of legal documents.

With state legislatures and Supreme Courts focusing increasing amounts of attention on the industry, a major focus of NALDP will be to raise the level of awareness of the profession and its importance to consumers among public policy officials. Our growing membership ranks include legal document preparers, legal technicians, online legal document providers, independent paralegals, as well as public policy, education and consumer advocacy professionals who share a commitment to the principles of NALDP.

Whether you currently work with legal documents, are in search of assistance in filing your own legal documents or are looking to learn more about the profession, you have come to the right place. Inside you will find information about our association including our vision, the benefits of membership, our best practices pledge and information on the most pressing issues facing the industry.
